Enter a quantity from 1 to 100. UUID v4 identifiers use cryptographically secure browser randomness for test data and development workflows.
Enter a whole-number quantity from 1 to 100 and choose Generate. The result places one UUID on each line for copying into a fixture or import file. These are random version 4 UUIDs, generated by crypto.randomUUID in a secure browser context.
A UUID has hexadecimal groups in the form 8-4-4-4-12. Version 4 UUIDs use random bits rather than embedding an ordered creation timestamp. Do not sort them expecting creation order or infer the creator’s identity from the value.
Random UUIDs make collisions extremely unlikely, but database uniqueness constraints remain useful for catching duplicate imports and application mistakes. A UUID is an identifier, not a permission check: knowing a record ID must not bypass authorization. Use an application-specific security design for reset links and access tokens.
